A high-impact product launch for 350 media, influencers, and retail partners at a Johannesburg rooftop venue.

Anglo American Exhibition
Mining Indaba Exhibition Stand 2025
A 200 m² custom exhibition stand at Africa's largest mining investment conference at the CTICC, Cape Town.
Challenge:Design and build a stand that would attract C-suite visitors, support 30+ scheduled client meetings, and showcase Anglo American's sustainability initiatives — within a competitive exhibition floor of 350+ stands.
Solution:Created a double-storey stand with a ground-floor open lounge, interactive touchscreen displays showing mine operations, and a private first-floor meeting suite. Managed 12 staff, hospitality catering, and a barista coffee station. Coordinated logistics for stand build-up, show days, and breakdown.
Results:Stand received "Best Large Stand" award at the conference. Anglo American hosted 45 scheduled meetings and captured 180 new leads. Stand foot traffic exceeded the previous year by 35%.

An elegant black-tie charity gala for 400 guests raising funds for education initiatives.

Solution:Negotiated venue and catering sponsorships, secured celebrity entertainment, and designed an immersive giving experience with live auction and pledge cards.

Absa Group Award Ceremony
Absa Business of the Year Awards 2024
A prestigious black-tie award ceremony for 600 business leaders at the Maslow Hotel, Sandton.
Challenge:Produce a broadcast-quality awards show with live entertainment, video packages for each nominee, and a seamless multi-course dinner service — all under strict brand guidelines.
Solution:Designed a custom stage with 12m LED backdrop, coordinated a 6-camera live production team, and managed a 45-minute entertainment programme featuring a live band and comedian. Produced 24 nominee video packages and managed on-stage prompter system for 8 presenters.
