Founder & Lead Event Strategist
Sheri Crous founded Corporate Event Planning in 2010 with a clear mission: to bring the same level of strategic thinking and creative excellence to corporate events that top agencies bring to marketing campaigns. What started as a one-woman operation in Johannesburg has grown into a nationally recognised event management company.
With over 14 years of hands-on experience in the South African corporate events industry, Sheri has personally managed events for blue-chip clients in financial services, mining, telecommunications, FMCG, and the public sector. Her portfolio includes multi-day conferences for 2,000+ delegates, high-profile product launches, intimate executive retreats, and nationally televised award ceremonies.
Sheri is known for her meticulous project management approach, her ability to deliver under pressure, and her deep knowledge of South African venues, suppliers, and compliance requirements across all nine provinces. She remains personally involved in every major event — from the initial brief through to post-event reporting — ensuring every client receives the attention and quality they expect.
