The challenge
Deliver broadcast-grade production — stage, lighting, rigging, LED, sound, and artist management — in a large-format arena with tight load-in windows and multi-union crew coordination.
Our approach
Managed the full technical production: custom stage build with 18m LED backdrop, concert-grade PA and lighting rig, 8-camera live production, artist liaison for 12 performing acts, and front-of-house guest experience including VIP hospitality. Coordinated a 60+ crew across a 3-day load-in.
