Design a programme that would engage a mixed group of field staff and head-office executives, work around limited connectivity at a remote bush venue, and deliver measurable team cohesion outcomes.
Our approach
Created a blended programme mixing guided outdoor challenges with reflective leadership workshops and a community service initiative. Used personality profiling to form diverse teams and structured debriefs to translate experiences into workplace commitments.
